    This looks really good, but aren't you worried about the number of calories in that? You put in three handfulls of nuts, and nuts are super calorie dense, that could be like 1000 calories right there which is way too much one meal… o_o

  4. i like what your saying.Muesli with added honey will wont that spike your insulin that causes the body to store fat?just check not been critical.

  5. It's good to have an average estimate though, people can still get fat even on paleo if there is too high of a caloric surplus. 

  6. Had this for breakfast this morning. Pretty darn good. Any suggestions on something other than orange juice for a little liquid? I'm not a huge fan of oj.

  7. If i were to make a huge mixture of this, like a week's supply, do you think that the muesli would still be fine by the end of the week? or would it be too soggy? I just don't have the time to crush the nuts every morning as im always in a hurry…
