    This is the most rubbish diet video I have seen. Eating 5 times a day will spike insulin and it allows sweets.

  7. The thumbnail is so ridiculous. It’s actually showing a plaque rupture and subsequent clot formation, which is what causes a myocardial infarction (heart attack). The DASH diet isn’t going to reverse a heart attack. The hypothetical individual needs a stent, anticoagulation, statins, beta blockers, and a whole lot of changes to lifestyle. This video is an epic failure.

  8. Weird though how come this become a diet? This is the normal people eating habit if you take that eating 5 times and snacking 8 time per day. Usually we eat 3 times breakfast and big meal at lunch then we can have a light meal around 5-6 pm and most of us have maximum of 2 to 3 snack per a day or none depending on what we ate for our meals…now it is called a diet….eating for someone to patent our sleep habit probably
