    just started watching your channel. an honestly the best channel yet. im a 50 yr old. trying to get back into shape. it would be great if you put a supplement video together.

  6. Don't cook anything in a microwave. Maybe boil water if you have to. Otherwise it destroys any nutrional value contained in food.

  7. I can't stand cooked oats. Something with the texture. However, i do find raw oats with chocolate milk the best. Is this good or bad?

I do NOT like a lot of the healthy options, I have a problem with texture and a sensitive stomach, I don't eat avocado, eggs, bananas, cottage cheese, broccoli, baked fish, oatmeal, and have allergies with most nuts and most fruits make me sick to the stomach. With that being said, I feel limited in healthy eating so I get bored and easily derailed. Any suggestions?

  10. Nice tip: you can break a banana in half with your hands VERY easily, and it is a perfectly clean cut that splits even the peel perfectly in two. If you put too much strength in or the banana is old, you can bruise it though. I haven't opened a banana conventionally normally.

  11. My physics teacher has a raw egg mixture for his breakfast, blended in with milk and other stuff.

    A lot of people are not aware of this, even I think Simeon is recluse to discuss, but I was Simeon's personal trainer for a stint a few years back. I taught him everything he knows about being jacked and shredded and at the same time staying humble and personable. I told him these exact same words some years ago, I said: "Simeon Panda, if you really want to know the secret to becoming a sensation you have to do the following: get jacked, get shredded, stay humble, be personable, and get huge traps." I gave this momentous advice back in the early zeroes and look at Simeon now! I am just proud of his efforts and hard work. Obviously the story I just made up probably only contributed less than zero percent to this man's success, but I'll say it again, I am willing to make up anything on a YouTube post. I am just fearless that way. I am here to change lives and make an impact. Lots of love out there for all my fitness enthusiasts! Thank you for the great advise and inspirational videos!
