  1. I've noticed since I've been eating it for breakfast everyday I hardly get pimples, my skin is always moisturized and feels good. I've also gained muscle from it and healthy weight. It is honestly the perfect breakfast.

  6. I have a resident at my care facility and he eats oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar, water and cranberry juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He has dementia and he is 100 years old going on 101. This has been his diet for a long time. I wish I was making this stuff up, he refuses to eat anything else.

  7. I've started eating Oatmeal reguarly again. I really don't know why I every stopped. One morning I had a thought to do something different. I added chocolate! Not just any chocolate, but cacao. It's the dark chocolate that at lot of people don't like. It has lots of properties that are good for you. My husband didn't know why the oatmeal was so dark til I told him the next day. It's a great way to eat that bitter cacao but so worth it. Thanks for the reminder of using applesauce. That is what I did to get my children to eat lots of things when they were young. They've always been so healthy. Now I'm going back to taking my own advice. Blessings Multiplied

  8. I use quaker oat meal,a cup of milk,and 1 spoon of sugar and put it on high fire for 7 minutes every single morning for 4 months now

  9. I hate when people start saying they make you lose weight! I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT but still i eat 200 grams of outmeal so that's a little over 700 calories so i dont think i lose weight from it
