  1. When you first started did you track your calories? You think how much are you eating since you went starch based? And dies it ft in your bmi and bmr? I want to try stop counting as well and to eat intuively like you and lose weight . Hope you can make a what I eat in a day with calories

  4. Great video, but what about snacks? I'm always snacking that's my weakness and probably why i haven't seen a huge difference in my weight even tho I'm vegetarian

  6. Weight loss gren store tea seems to be working. I've lost about 6 lbs in the last month. It doesn't cause weight loss by itself but reduces my hunger level before meals and helps me keep impulse eating down.

    Looks delicious and you look great! I have never seen anyone eat sweet potatoes with ketchup lol, I might have to try that.

  8. I love starches, but I find that my digestive system works faster and more easily with raw foods. Any tips on how to get my body more accustomed to starches?

  9. hey melissa! great video again! i was wondering because i am a new vegan if you take all of the daily minerals because I'm following a diet like yours but i never reach the normal iron levels I'm always low. also which supplements you are taking? thank you and sorry for my english I'm greek 🙂 xx

    I am wondering what brand/where do you get your oatmeal from? (I'm from Canada too!) And how do you cook it? I've always wanted to get into oatmeal but it tastes gross whenever I make it. 🙁
