    This is my 3rd day lol. I don't have a scale tho anyone else know how they would measure them selfs with out 1?

  4. I feel like this is a good diet but as soon as u eat one potatoe chip after this diet is over all your pounds come right back my opinion I don't feel its worth it but great video

  6. Today is the 3rd morning to weight myself after the 3 day Military Diet I just tried. I am totally happy to announce that I lost EXACTLY 10 pounds. No scam here! I am telling you the truth. I stuck to the plan they give you and it really isn't ugly tasting food, it's good food. Very very inexpensive too. I did NOT substitute anything like other people do on videos I've seen prior to this one. It's only 3 days and then eat regularly but within a daily 2000 calorie diet for the next 4 days. I did not exercise (yet) cause I wanted to see what it would do without exercise and, as you've already read, I lost 10 lbs. So WOW,…3 days of an easy and inexpensive meals, then 4 days of regular meals per week. THAT'S A GREAT DEAL GUYS. I encourage you to try it and I will continue to give you reports as I continue with the Military Diet. Asta….

  7. Ama try this im ,19 n im 4' 11 tall .I weight 140 pounfs I use to be 111 pound when I was 16 . Whrn it dosent show coffe or tea I takr water …? Is the bread wheat., and can I takr snacks inbetween

  8. Yesterday was my first day and I lost so far 5 pounds ! Today's my second day and I'm excited !!!! This thing does really work even though I think the second day it's the worst food lineup :/ yay can't wait .

  9. I have done this several times in my life. It really works. I once continued for 6 weeks (3day on/4 off) and lost 15 lbs.  

  10. this diet is as old as the hills! It didn't used to be called the Military diet, but it does work. Depending on your body. I lost 2 lbs each week I did it. 3 days on, 4 days off.
