    Yea, I eat well 2 but am 18 st 3 lbs which is mad considering I was 11 stones up until I became disabled and a full time wheelchair user at the age of 28. Although I am not a woman, it was great to see your vid and to k now {I am doing it right 😉

  5. Also what i eat for breakfast to lose weight is avocado toast with strawberries salt and pepper it might sound really gross but I is really good u should give it a try.

    I was having oatmeal for breakfast (same recipe as in the video) and gained sooo much weight 🙁 that I had to stop eating it. And it was just for 3 to 4 days and I got so fat that I couldn't believe it. I guess every body is so different.

  8. I have been dieting since April I have tried Thrive and it has been great. I Started out at 299.9 and now I am at 283. There are still hard days but I have a lot more energy with the thrive products.
