Hi, i want to start saying that i love your videos and it motivates me to keep going. i wanted to ask what are the hours that you usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner; im sure it will not be the same for me but i wanna have an idea so i dont eat to early because i feel hungry before lucnh time. thanks.

  3. i cant find blueberries or cherries where i live… And strawberries only 3 months a year πŸ™ i use pineapple, green grapes, banana, Apple, mangoe…. but im craving for berries! i found frozen chopped raspberries this morning im soooo excited! also hard To find baby spinach or any fresh spinach… πŸ™ i love ur videos!

    did your body took time to adapt? I've been following your diet for a week and i actually gain 1.5kg. I have to say that i really feel full and energized and it prevents me from snacking but the results got me concerned.

  10. Just a friendly tip, eating too few calories will slow your metabolism and hinder weight loss, 1100 calories is not enough for an adult πŸ™‚
