    So I have gone paleo which really helped to reduce the acne BUT I had no energy, lost too much weight and was irritable PLUS the higher carb veggies (like sweet potatoes) bloated me and worsened my digestive issues—candida and SIBO. I find that eating more grains improves my energy, helps me gain weight BUT worsens my acne. I don't know what to do.. 🙁 Do you incorporate any grains into your diet (like wild rice, buckwheat and quinoa)? If so, how does it affect your PCOS symptoms? Thanks!

  2. Just so you know an easy way to get the shell out of the pan is by using the rest of the shell. It sticks easier to it. Not sure why but it always works,! Great video btw!

  5. Hello, I have androgenic alopecia and used to have PCOS. I was not getting my period for 6 months sometimes in the past. I was on birth control since 17 to 25, however it didn't help my hair. I started the raw vegan diet 1,5 years ago to improve my hair condition. Surprisingly I didn't miss my period even one single month since I eat like that. PCOS is gone.
