  1. I homeschool my 4 kids haha its true they stay innocent much longer but my kids are 12 and 11 (and 6 and 3) the older 2 watch game of thrones with us haha, and westworld

  2. I've found paleo to be the best and most convenient diet for people who are prone to schizophrenic episodes. I have paranoid schizophrenia and manic depression (bipolar 2). I was advised to stay away from leafy green vegtables, wheat, legumes, and dairy ๐Ÿ™

  3. This is my third such video. I've come to the conclusion that only rich chix do paleo. It's a trend for these ladies. Just weird.

  4. I had had been told how carbs were tied into weight gain and generally to steer clear of carbs, but yet had never viewed using them to lose excess weight. The fundamental idea behind the 4 cycle fat loss strategy is to really train the body to get rid of fat for energy in comparison to carbohydrate. Itโ€™s based on research into the very high carb diet habits of the Japanese and also their excellent long lifespan expectancy. The conclusions validate the fact that itโ€™s their increased carb-cycling day-to-day diet strategy that helps to go on remaining healthy and balanced into old age with a reasonable body mass index (decreased incidence of excess weight).Read much more here https://tinyurl.com/ybrell6b

  5. Just "found" you tonight while researching DNRS. You are adorable! Your progress gives me hope and I look forward to getting there with you. Lyme, CFS, EBV, etc. going on here. Thanks for sharing your journey.

  6. Eggs are actually allergic, and broccoli is also causes digestion issue. Replace eggs with bacon, and replace broccoli with asparagus, and add more salt. You'll be fine. BTW liked the video. ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Thanks so much for this! I've made major changes to my diet lately and sometimes I get a little bored, so seeing this video gave me some ideas of some things to try.

  8. Ooh that Christmas oil sounds amazing! Iโ€™m so excited for Christmas! I just tagged you in the chronic illness tag btw, Iโ€™m tagging all of my favourite Chronic illness channels and hoping theyโ€™ll do the same as I feel like itโ€™s hard for people in this community to collaborate (for obvious reasons) but Iโ€™m excited to try to get all of us collaborating on this! ๐Ÿ˜Š

  9. I love seeing your joy and focusing on what is good in life! My 11 yo daughter has a chronic illness that makes for many bad days too. I am thankful my girl has the Lord too. It keeps her going like you. It makes a huge difference! My girl has Adrenal Insufficiency. This is not AF. She takes meds all through out the day like a diabetic. In all your testing did they do an 8 am cortisol blood test? It is rarely tested, but often goes along with other conditions like ME.

Good job on your encouraging videos!

  10. Hi Mandy! I have been following your videos for a while now, and I have been so encouraged by your faith and joy in the Lord.

I'm so glad that you are making progress with DNRS! I have a couple of questions about about the program, as I am considering trying it. I was wondering if you purchased one of the packages with the transcription book. If so, have you found it helpful? If not, do you wish that you had? Also, have you purchased any coaching sections? If so, have you found them helpful?

  11. Hi I started dieting a few weeks ago and I lost 10lb,
so I made a video of how I look now, could you check
it out and give me some feedback? Thanks!!

  12. That looks like how I eat most of the time.. Been off the wagon for Thanksgiving.
I've got pots and M. E. .. I suck at making videos.. But I am trying to get some up on my channel.. Been on DNRS for 5 mo
I am so happy you are doing better!

  13. Hey, girl
Glad to see you are doing well. Always look forward to your videos ;p
I just started the program myself, I got up to DVD03 SEMINAR DAY1 ! I had to stop there I found it to be a bit over whelming, Im now just practicing the steps OVER AND OVER. Saying a lot of positive affirmations ๐Ÿ˜‰ I really love the meditation DVD I lay down and listen to that, its so healing!

I'm still unable to get the limbic training as I just don't have the money. It's so expensive… why ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ญ . Thanks for the updates . really enjoyed this video xx

  15. That salad dressing looks super good, I will have to check it out! If you are looking at trying new hobbies I learned to crochet years ago and it has been pretty therapeutic for me working through anxiety. When I crochet something for someone I pray for them as I crochet.
