If along with Keto Diet, I someday’s eat Bananas 🍌 and Apple 🍏 and someday’s few Vegetables like Pea, Beans, or Carrot 🥕 or Brinjal 🍆 Onion and All Legumes Pulses etc will this be ‘Keto & Paleo Combo.’ Exercise I do is only 30 Minuets Walk. Please tell what this Diet can be called ‘15% Carb : 60% Fat : 25% Protein.’ ?? Can it be called A Keto with Paleo Combo ??

  3. That’s amazing that you were able to identify specifically what you can/can’t eat. Congrats on being symptom free for 2 years. I know IBS can be difficult especially when it comes to spices. I’ve found your video very helpful. I am currently transitioning from a low carb/keto diet to combining the paleo with exercises.
    Being sensitive to so many things in your diet do you have a preference in cookware? Cast iron, Teflon coated, ceramic, etc? Or does it matter? Do you ever eat squash, turnips, cabbage?

    Eat a plant based diet and become the healthiest you’ve ever been.
    Compassion = not eating animals who do not want to die!

  5. Too much fruit for me to stay in keto, but otherwise great food.
    Funny how the vegans start by saying you will get diabetes and hypertension, but when you prove that wrong (China Study has long been debunked), they say, well what about the cruelty, so you prove that wrong and they switch right back to diabetes and hypertension.

  6. there's no point in eating organic (which is great) or whatever if you eat meat and eggs omg that amount of animal based foods gave me diabetes and hypertension

  7. This is way too many carbs for me. This would completely stall my weightloss efforts. I typically have to stay under 10 carbs, 1200 calories with 50% from fat.

  9. Where do you get your papaya in Glasgow? Have you tried them from The See Woo Chinese super market in saracen cross, they have the best i'v found so far, consistently good quality 😍
