  1. Breakfast! I just got allergy results in and I am allergic to gluten and eggs (many other things) which makes breakfast so hard. I like variation and I have been getting real tired of smoothies and acai bowls.

  4. I would love simple, minimal ingredients dinner ideas. You might eat the lunch salad most days, but I love to see it. Simple, easy to put together. Enjoy your getaway

  6. Amy: Always interesting stuff. What camera and mic do you use when filming by yourself? Quick and easy lunch ideas would be great. Also something with an Asian flair would be appreciated.

  7. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipe ideas! I love how you keep your meals simple. Just adding on the canned salmon on a salad is exactly what I would do day in and day out. It's a great reminder of how to eat simply everyday and play with recipes that are more complicated when you have time.

  8. Amy, Girls! I was wondering, is there any particular reason that You don't use Cassava flour/Garri? Is it unhealthy or something? I use it as a bread slices, it is so easy to make any kind of tortillas, and I guess it will work great as a nachos! MUCH LOVE from Poland and thank You for sharing! <3

    What dark chocolate and percentage do you eat……I've been snacking on Lindt 70/80%.
    Would also love to see grocery hauls as I'm in Australia too. You're doing an awesome job!
