  2. I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

  10. you really shouldn't need to eat 5 times a day! give your digestive system a break. fasting also has many benefits like autophagy

    It feels like a lot of food actually! I am a 160 lbs male and I must eat half of this in a work out day. Maybe I'm wrong to do so?

  12. Looks nice, this is a must diet for me. It appears you can eat loads. I'm in a nasty habit of fast food and processed foods which I know is the worst of foods, I work till 8.30pm and get hungry but to tired to cook hence how lazy iv got with food. Since getting to 40yr old I can't shift the weight, this diet I need to start and not just to have good intentions
