Wow, your breakfast game is truly inspiring! Also really like how you had your soup prepared in a large batch, and your squash grilled and stored away. This is such a great way to incorporate a wide range of nutritional groups in every meal–it really breaks up the task. Since a lot of the Bengali cuisine that we document on our channel tends to be eaten in 'courses', we too find it so easy to cook perhaps one or two courses each day, in a largish batch, and reuse the items as needed, rather than cook an entire meal every single day, for just that day! We found your channel through Samantha's, and are so glad! π

Would you be able to make a video on what diabetics need to eat instead of junk food, my dad's a type 1 so he has to raise his blood sugar.
The breakfast looked divine, too bad there isn't much carbs in the meal, I'm diabetic so something like that wouldn't work.

That salad looks incredible! I'd sub chicken with chickpeas because I'm vegetarian, but omg it looks great. I love the idea of ACV instead of balsamic too; sometimes balsamic is too abrasive haha. Maybe a silly question, but can you eat the skin of an acorn squash?

Those meal prep ideas are so simple but make cooking so much less stressful. Plus they keep you from eating crap to curb your hunger cause everything takes less time to cook.
