    1. Do you know how most people who diet want to lose weight but just eat tons and tons of HEALTHY food? Well, here's a tip: if you're trying to lose weight, count CALORIES, not HEATH BENEFITS.

    2. If you want to lose the most weight of ALL, be vegetarian for your whole entire diet. Meat is, um, FATTY, and if you don't eat it AT ALL, you will find losing weight the easiest yet!

    I heard a few friends discussing about the diet –  “loli special plan” and made a decision to Google it for myself. It has completely improved my life for the better. I dropped 19.5 pounds.
