  1. I just discovered your channel today and I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. Just a suggestion for the chicken salad, to add a different coloured veggie to your day, red bell pepper would be great and give you some crunch instead of the cucumber or celery (even if it's a bit higher in carbs). Plus they are high in vitamin C. Also, Zazubean makes a great paleo chocolate made with coconut sugar.

    This recipe looks fantastic! I love veggies, especially brussel sprouts! Chocolate and the Bachelor sound like an ideal way to enjoy dinner!

    One of my favorites is to chop the bacon into small pieces and scramble the eggs into the cooked bacon. You can't beat bacon. Save the bacon grease to roast the veggies in. YUM!

    Low carbs give me the shakes! haha I've been adding avocadoes lately, which has helped.
