  2. Thank you for the video and I definitely appreciated how short and to the point it was. Some WIEIAD videos are soooo long.

    I just have to say that I have a couple friends who are vegan AND keto so you dont have to choose sides! This is a high fat diet and many fats are vegan friendly. You can easily eat a diet that is very high in low carb veg with fats and hit your macros. Meat on keto is not mandatory. Personally I feel best eating a high meat diet but my friends do not and we are all keto and yes, we are still friends lol.

  4. Simply from taking part in this paleo plan my results have already been great. Look for “loso shocking plan” on Google and be dazzled with the outcomes. In addition, I know another person who lost Fifteen pounds. I can`t wait to try the recipes in this plan. They seem delicious and wholesome!

  5. I saw so many contradictions here between vegans and keto eaters that I had to share my experience with both diets.
    I started being careful on what I was eating due to my acne; I had acne since I was 14. Now I'm almost 20 and acne free.
    I went through a long journey, tried every acne product or homemade treatment available, and nothing worked. I did lots of research on this subject and I started learning about diet and overall health.
    I started eating healthy. Mostly vegan. No meat, dairy, eggs and any animal products. Also no sugar, processed foods, soda or coffee. I was eating lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and healthy oils such as coconut and olive. Guess what? My acne never showed major changes. Sometimes it even got slightly worse. I'm not trying to convince anybody into following a specific diet, I'm just sharing my story. Remember, what worked for someone might not work for someone else and vice versa.
    I discovered the caveman regimen (you can look for more details at the love vitamin) and it helped a lot, but not completely. Recently (2 months or so) I started this keto diet. Incorporated lots of dairy (hard goat cheese, heavy cream, homemade butter), fish, chicken and pork, eggs and fats such as lard, avocados, seeds and olive and coconut oils. I stay away from grains, starches and legumes. I also drink tons of water (6L daily). This diet, combined with the caveman regimen saved my skin! I haven't seen a pimple in a few weeks! Not even during my period.
    Don't jump to conclusions saying that eating fat and low carb is unhealthy for your body. Everyone is different.

  6. This is the most boring diet ever! You can't have bread, fruit, candy, or anything sweet.
    It gets old fast and the most I can be on this is 2 months. Its really not a long term thing.

I am almost two months in to a keto way of life and I have never felt better or had such success with steady weightloss. You go girl! I enjoy your videos!

  9. Might you have a breakdown of the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc.) of your daily food intake? In other words, are you getting sufficient fiber, magnesium, iodine, etc.? Thanks.

I hate to be the one who has to tell you this, but watching "what I ate in a day" videos made by naturally skinny girls who skimmed "The China Study" does not constitute actual medical advice. You are a disease. Any YouTuber who makes a video involving any sort of animal product is instantly bashed by the potato gorging vegan commnunity of lonely bastard who have nothing better to do than go around YouTube insulting people. You are not gods. You are no better than anybody else. The poor girl who made this video did nothing wrong, so leave her alone. This is how she chooses to eat. If you have a problem with that, don't watch it. I am sick to death of you grotesque trolls romping around YouTube like you know the secret to the universe. You don't. Different things work for different people. Accept that. If you would stop basking in your self pride for 5 minutes, you might gain some perspective and realize that it is ok if people don't agree with you. Congrats on your white rice and avocados. I will be over here with my chicken and broccoli enjoying the shit out of you vegan nazis having a ballistic field day replying to this comment. I know I can't change your mind, and I wouldn't want to. You live your life how you want, I'll do the same. I'm just asking you to form an opinion based on your own research, not on somebody else's opinion that you happened to stumble upon and blindly follow without any educated medical reasoning behind it. For each one of you who reply to this comment with any self entitled judgmental bullshit (or tell me I should go vegan), I will immediately eat one steak. Remember that. The blood will be on your hands. Maybe this will teach you to think before you open your mouth and vomit your ill-researched narcissistic opinions all over YouTube.
