  5. Just out of curiosity, why do you brush your teeth in the morning BEFORE you eat? What's the point of brushing before breakfast only to get your teeth stained/dirty again after the meal?

  6. since your brain needs a steady flow of carbs for energy eating less carbs makes your body store fat instead burn fat and when you have a big sports event carbs are the best fuel. P.S. I think you look like your in really good shape

  7. for lunch instead of having just a salad you should have salad with potatoes or rice on the side for carbs since your a very active person

  8. Ultimately, I've thought out a proper diet guidebook which is easy to go through & easy to follow. "fizy unique plan", google it instantly. Also, it is the 1st diet which has granted me a proven effect dropped 11.3 lbs.
