    These meals all look so extremely good! I never roasted the sweet potatoes this way, so gonna try that soon.

    Yum and healthy ideas, your funny and fact-filled info is great. Great to see a vegan youtuber pay attention to plastic issues too, reusing your plastic bag. Are you ok with trying out using a firm container, rather than a plastic bag, for coating things like tofu etc.? I'd be interested to see if you find any difference in the coating ability for your recipe. It's re-assuring that your food is nutrient dense, nice one!

  8. I make "chia jam" with a bag of frozen berries and chia seeds just gently stewed and it works well on bread – in the morning. It has all the fruit no added sugar and stays together too.
