I just subscribe to this channel last month and I was so inspired by her I tried this OMAD and this is my 7th day and I look forward to eating this meal everyday Lol but I told myself that I didn’t want to get on the scale right now so I wouldn’t know how much I loss I want to surprise myself and wait till the end of my fast..But I can say I feel very light/good full but not bloated i definitely can tell a little difference Everywhere especially my mid section but that’s with the help of some of her exercise routines and I only work out 20 mins every night (I’m lazy) LBVS and gallon of water a day but I’m looking forward to trying her other meals but it’s different strokes for different folks so far I love it!Thanks again Laura Annette.

  2. Great video and meal 😊 I would definitely use Veganese as the mayo replacement (to cut out the dairy) and add a celery stick or 2 diced up and some red onion diced up for extra veg and flavor 😊👍🏾

  3. Nice looking meal! Minus the salt(water retention) and ranch dressing(cream). I use garlic powder and balsamic vinaigrette dressing or Italian. Hands up to you sis for finding a diet that is proven for you. 🙌🙌🙌

  5. No honey or potato bread for me I'm sorry but I can't eat sweet tuna and I don't like potato bread. I'd use lettuce as my bread and I'd put a tomato on top. I'd mix the avocado in my tuna since I hate avocado and I'd still have a salad and the almonds but no ranch.

  6. So after your evening workout you don't eat or drink a protein shake? I lift on certain days, so I drink or eat protein afterwards so I wont lose muscle mass.

  7. I didn't think I could do 1x a day until i saw this meal…..omg yum girlfriend it looks SO good i can't wait to try!! Its 5/20, im 181. Im going to start tomorrow!! Will give update in 10 days😘😘😘

    I had heard of the one meal a day diet but I never actually measured the calories. I would just eat salad or some veggies with a carb like rice or potatoes and a serving of meat. The rest of the day it was lots of water, tea, or light drinks. I would have a couple pieces of fruit as a treat. I do this occasionally and it does help. I'm sure the way you do it is better. I just need to get rid of the desserts or find healthy desserts. This is the answer to my weight loss issues. Thanks so glad I found your vids. I'm so excited.

    What you did was keto with high fat and low carb. I have lost 80 lbs. Keto peskatarian diet will make you lose weight fast.

  10. I'm doing a canned food diet right now and I am on day 4. I came across this video. I use 2 tbsp of mayo and maybe a squeeze of lemon. I may add a boiled egg to it and mix it in. I drink water and green tea to help get my fluids in. Everyone has to do what works for them. This looks like a great meal but certain parts of it I feel may slow or stall my losses. Day 4 and I'm down by 10. My goal is 20. after week one I will add some veggies like a small salad with spinach, cucumbers, avocado and 1 strawberry using only vinegar and olive oil for dressing.

  11. Sounds promising, I may just try it. I have tried so many different diets to try to loose weight. I have been in menopause for the past 9 years, i have gained so much weight. Its so frustrating trying to take menopause wgt off. Maybe this will help

I'm LOVING THIS. ..I've been doing this for 10 days and OMG I'm dowm from 234 to now 226 and my stomach is actually GOING DOWN …THANK YOU FOR THIS MEAL it really works good for me because i work the grave yard shift so that's when i eat.So now instead of ding dongs and fried chicken ha ha i have something good to enjoy LOVE YOU

    I appreciate your knowing about intermittent fasting, however, for the diabetics, perhaps mention a natural sweetener alternative to honey like stevia in the raw. Great job!

  20. Been on omad diet for 4 days now, feeling alert and more active already!, off on holiday on the 16th of April and I'll post the results on that day. So this will be 20 days of me doing Omad.
    1st day weight: 254 pounds
