  1. I have a question for the next q&a… I'm having trouble staying stable when doing things such as adagio. What can I do to stay steady and not fall over?

  2. Amazing video! I have a request: could you please make a video on hypo-extended knees? (My knees do not straighten all the way.) Thank you for all of your videos!

Hi, your hair looks amazing btw, and I'm going to a three day summer intensive and I was wondering if you had some tips for that because I know that your previous vids talk about two to five week summer courses. I'm just wondering because you often say that the first week is the most important and I only really have a day to settle in and just want some tips to absorb everything and get the most out of it thank you so much and please reply with some tip if you can🙃🤗

Thank you so much for this video! As a vegan dancer, I really appreciated it. That's so exciting you partnered with Thrive!

  5. Why am I getting blisters on my tailors bunions? (I don't really have bunions there just a very tiny lump but I don't know what to call it) I just got new Russian Encores too that's when it started

  6. I always wonder why you use coconut oil instead of olive/canola/peanut oils? Coconut oil is very high is saturated fat.

  7. Please please do a video about bruised toenails/toenails falling off and dancing without toenails. My big toenail just fell off and I'm pretty worried about how it will affect me on pointe.

  8. Not to be mean or anything but coconut oil is not the healthiest oil. It contains the most saturated fats, which increases your LDL-cholesterol and increases the chance of cardiovascular disease.Healthier oils are sunflower, flax seed and canola, which contain omega-6 (and omega-3). I thought you might want to know. 🙂
It's just a recommendation, don't want to offend anyone. 😉

  11. Hi Katie! Just wondering what liberties dancers are allowed to take on stage (if any). Are they allowed to add an extra pirouette here, delay the next step there or change a port de bras to suit them better? Or must they do the choreography exactly as given?

  12. Ah, healthy food that's EASY to make  HALLELUJAH!!! You look lovely in this video by the way  I love your top 😀

  13. Please do a video on dealing with injuries so sickness as a ballet dancer and share any tips you might have. 😀 Thanks for all your awesome recipes, tips and tricks you've really helped me lots!

  14. my dance studio shut down (money issues) and I never planned on going professional, but my studio was family to me and I know I will never find that anywhere else. 🙁
