  4. Love the recepies and your videos but… not the implication that coliflower rice is "healthier" than rice…it's just two differents foods with differents nutrients and different energy-density. Rice is healthy specially whole rice, it has lots of fiber and nutrients for your body, nutritients that your body needs 🙂 and coliflower is great too and a good source of nutrients as well and making rice is great to include more vegetables in your plate. For controlling your callories you could change the proportions. I just did not like that implication of one being healthier than the other, it contributies to a diet-culture which is not great for our general body and mental health.

  8. I bought the same rice at Trader Joes … love it! I'm going to try and make the cauliflower dish. Does the cauliflower dish tastes good the second day? I'm trying to eat more veggies and less chicken and meats. I see that you are doing better this trimester and not having morning sickness.

    Careful with flax and flax products during pregnancy. It isn't recommended because its linked to premature birth. I MISS my flax milk.

    Sesame oil unfortunately shouldn't be heated but you can add it at the end 🙂

    Also, for anyone who wants exact measurements for the chia pudding, it's 1 cup of almond milk to 4 tbsp of chia seeds

    First time mommy and I'm not going to lie I'm human and I'm a tad nervous about this virus going around. I can control my hygiene but going to work and being around others who dont is what makes me nervous. Trying to keep some positive energy in this crazy news time

  13. Hey Sam I say this cause I love you (absolutely no hate) but I stopped having spirulina when I found out I was pregnant because most said “can be harmful during pregnancy” 😬 I know you’re very careful but just in case 💕

    If you add cinnamon to ur basic chia pudding mix it makes amazing flavor and have lots of health benefits.
