  1. Cool video. Though a few things that are a staple of my vegan diet are things such as meat free chicken (nuggets, breasts), bacon, fish less cod, dairy free cheese, yoghurt, etc. There’s a wide range of delicious things to eat that are healthy

  2. Raw vegan diet is superior. Supplementation is required because of over farming of land leading to depletion of nutrients in our foods. Eating animals and their products is in no way beneficial for anything. Do not cook food. Cooking further destroys and thus deprives of vital nutrients and changes the molecular structure of your food, kills your food, and changes rhe way is passes through your system. Be smart and listen to me kids, and don't listen to your dumber meat eating feral parents, who probably work for the government.

Sometimes people will trade the rice and beans for some pasta. Lunch and dinners are usually the same food.

  7. I personally like the paleo diet specifically because of the restriction of "Sugar, bread, and dairy" which my old uneducated eating habits were full of. I have seen improvements and I enjoy it. It's all about what makes you feel better.

    400 grams of fat
    50 grams of protien
    Fries / fries /hamburger /fries /fries / fries hamburger ?/ peanut butter sandwitch

    most of the diets in vid are low on carbs..
    fast food quite pricey and make me more hungry after having them.. so not for me i guess
