    Could you put an omelette topped with spinach, cheese and some type of meat on it. This will be good. lunch or dinner.

    I live in USA and I have been using Quinoa more than 12 years instead of rice and always cook and eat healthy foods. such as Tofu, Veggies, Salads and Soups, etc.

  8. While I really enjoy quinoa it is not good for diabetes. The amount you used has the same carbs/sugar as a sugar sweetened can of soda. I eat quinoa when I can however I stress again it is not a diabetic friendly food.

  9. Good recipe.let me know does ragi and jowar aata contains gluten or not.Are they healthy to digest if some one is having a gut issue.

    we can also grate the doodhi or any other vegetable like carrots and cabbage with ginger and chilly paste like a vegetable chilla! can use amaranth flour too – the quinoas sister!😊
