  4. Hi Chloe, can I ask you how do you get enough protein? I have been trying to eat clean. Have chicken or fish each meal but still not really enough. (I did some research, I am 125lbs they suggested to x1 which is 125g protein each time if I want to start getting a bit muscle) I can get like 80-90 from food but that's it. Is it necessary to have protein shake? Do u drink it? Can u do a video on protein shake and supplements please
