  6. What if your at work and microwave is the only option? I've noticed my protein tends to dry out. I only microwave it for 3 -4 minutes. I've tasted meals after prep and the chicken wasn't dry so I don't know how to keep it moist.

  8. Just found your channel and I love your videos! I too only like to use glass containers for meal prep and also I don't like to use microwave.
    I love the variations of the recipes.
    The only thing i would like to ask, is that you mention when a particular recipe can be frozen. When making some of this, its too much for one person to eat.

    in the description box you listed calories as being 684 per meal, this may be a dumb question but is it 684 per individual serving container or 684 calories for all 5? thanks in advance! :)
