Volume is important to me, so I will probably increase the amount of raw veggies for the salads. …. not the dressing, just the veggies:) I will also include some raw veggies with the dinner meals with no dressing…cucumbers, green onions, bell peppers, jicama,etc. This is an amazing site and look forward to more of this.   5. After food is cooked, it should sit out at room temperature no more than two hours before being refrigerated to slow down bacteria growth. But once stored in the fridge, leftovers should be eaten up within three to four days because bacteria can still grow even at refrigerator temperatures

    I would never ever eat anything – expecially fish and chopped vegetables or fruits, that is in my fridge longer than for 3 days- goodbye vitamins, welcome germs….. everything after the 3th day is quite far from healthy diet… All good nutrients are already gone and you eat just a mass to fill your stomach.. #works great for weight loss and hair loss 😉

    but the meals itself are fine… just the idea of preparing food for the whole week at once is dumb :/
