    Dude!Tried the recipes!Loved them.I think your video sums up the most clever way to eat low cal and be hella satisfied. However,I didn't appreciate the intro man,it was unappetizing. Not what I expect to see when I search for food videos 😀 true point made though,haha peace!

    Awesome video!! I love these kinds of videos! For next one can you include tablespoons equivalent aside from grams or ounces for those of us who don’t have a way to weigh the food please? That would be amazing, keep it up¡ love your channel and your family is beautiful, Noah is absolutely adorable 🙂

  4. Please do not use Alpro Soy, the chance is too high that this is modified soy! With soy, the government is not obliged to put this on the packaging in Europe, even if it has been modified. You better take the biological sister of Alpro Soja in Europe and that is Provamel! Where I live in Belgium, they sell Provamel in the organic store Bioplanet. They also sell Alpro Soy with us in regular supermarkets.

  6. Hi Jon! I am a new to your channel and new to the plant-based lifestyle. I have insulin resistance and am trying to lose weight. I am wondering about the carb count in this video. I believe its 190 carbs per day. From what my doctor has said, i need to do low carb to lose weight so i am wondering how can people lose weight following this plan. Please forgive my ignorance as i am just trying to educate myself. I look forward to hearing your response. Thanks Jon!
