    Pulled that figure out of your arse, more like 7-9 grams or protein per 100 grams.. Unless you have magical black beans we don't know about..
    Also, what else is incorrect?

  8. Is there recipes for these dishes? The first one looks really good. I would have to leave the cinnamon out.My friend can't stand the taste or smell.
