I notice that many of the Paleo recipes always use coconut oil. I am not a fan of it. Is it acceptable on Paleo to use grassfed butter?

Paleo focuses on building muscle and loss fat. But eating animal products have acidic effect to the body.

Meals look awesome but far from what I understand as a paleo diet also both my GP and my dietitian have stated eggs are good in moderation

For the chili and broccoli , how much ? Is it 12 oz cup or is it 1/2 cup ?
