    But I think the key one is in creating the food you have interesting so you aren't attracted to keep eating other snacks as well. One resource I found that achieves this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (check it out on google) definately the most useful paleo recipes that I have ever seen. Check out the photos and awesome ideas.

    But I think the most important is in making the meals you eat appealling so you aren't tempted to keep eating additional snacks too. One place I discovered that achieves this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (check it out on google) without a doubt the most useful paleo recipes that I have ever heard of. look at the pics and extraordinary ideas.

  4. I notice that many of the Paleo recipes always use coconut oil. I am not a fan of it. Is it acceptable on Paleo to use grassfed butter?

  5. Your first breakfast has corn which is not paleo. Providing incorrect information isn't doing you or others wanting to try paleo any favours

  6. ugg! can't do veggies and fish for b'fast. I can handle eggs and sausage, and grapefruit, but not avocados and steak , and salmon. I would like to see more fruit, and breakfast foods.

  7. Who's doing this video ?? I'm on Paleo and I don't eat even close to that many eggs. Make some smoothies , or stir fries meat from left overs and veg.  Heck bowl of fruit or veg's alone …

  8. Meals look awesome but far from what I understand as a paleo diet also both my GP and my dietitian have stated eggs are good in moderation

  10. I think there is too much eggs. You might want to vary your proteins a little. Good ideas for breakfast, though.
