    Thank you soo much Nisha ji. I lost 7kgs in 10 days. I tried many diet plans before. As a pure vegetarian and having thyroid issues non worked for me. I want to continue this diet till i get to perfect weight. Is it ok? once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    have been trying to lose weight by following many things but nothing seems to have worked out. I have PCOD. will this work out for me? for the 10 days and I supposed to have the same things or for each day there is one meal plan … can you please help me out

  7. Hello ma'am, Do u have some alternatives for breakfast and lunch since it will be difficult to eat the same thing everyday. I really want to incorporate a healthy diet but I do not get alternatives to have in breakfast/lunch/dinner. 2-3 recipes each for breakfast, lunch and dinner would be helpful. I have gained 10 kgs in the last 1 year due to hypothyroidism.
