  1. I would REALLY like to recommend Beachbody program, I lost about 25 lbs in 3 months, and in the 1st week I lost 9 lbs. they have programs for vegans also.

  2. Y'all don't eat less fruit just to make it less calories!! Eating fruit will not make you gain weight no matter how many calories it has.

  3. Oh my gosh! This is so gooood! Just ate this! Forgot to add the coconut oil though.. Lol. &instead of the maple syrup, I addded a tiny bit of stevia. This was so filling that I couldn't even finish this, which is weird because I'm a huge breakfast person. Also I used to eat oatmeal so much and I eventually got tired of it and couldn't even eat it but now I can! Yayyyy! Great recipe!

    One thing: oats naturally don't contain gluten,that's true,but aren't generally recommended for people suffering from celiac disease,since it makes a lot of them sick and it can be easily contaminated with gluten,too.So this meal is not completely safe for celiacs,but of course, absolutely okay for people who just avoid gluten.
    Just saying.

  10. Coconut oil is not healthy. There is only one healthy fat in coconut oil, the rest are very bad and inflammatory. It's high in saturated fat which raises your cholesterol. One person said it's healthy and now everyone is using it like butter.The bottom line, you can't believe everything people say. Just because someone says it is healthy doesn't make it so.

  11. I just made this! I'm not trying to lose weight, so I added 3 tsp of honey instead of maple syrup and i didnt have banana so i chopped up a pear. Great!

  12. the only thing that's unusual to me is that you use water to make your oatmeal in… i always make my oatmeal in milk (unsweetened almond milk)

    I'm sorry, but it was flavorless. I tried it and it wasn't sweet at all and tarted gross. Wouldn't recommend.
