    can you split the meal up? like say for the breakfast i eat the toast and peanut butter first then two hours later eat the grapefruit is that fine?

    How can a woman let herself gain Sooooo much weight, 370 pounds!!!!! I can't watch. Very Un healthy – good luck and loose some weight, get healthy!

  3. Don't get discouraged. I tried this diet as well n I lost 8 lbs while my hubby only lost 4 lbs like you.

    We are trying this diet again this Tuesday. We're hoping for more weights to come off.

    Thanks for sharing, I'm proud of you for sticking to it cause i tried it one day and some of the foods were so gross to me I couldn't continue, like the way you felt about the cottage cheese… lol. I was able to do the alternate day fasting for 1 week though and lost 10lbs from that. Anyway, take care, God bless and I'm routing for you xoxo.

  7. The diet has substitutions. If you go to the website, it has a page on them. Also, you can have tea instead of coffee.

  8. lol, I never tried cottage cheese until last year and was afraid but I have become obsessed with it. I eat it too much!! I get the Organic Nature Valley Low Fat one so maybe some tastes better than others.I think the way you reacted is how I get with grapefruit! It's so bitter and disgusting!! I hate grapefruit!! lol Don't give up!! 🙂

  9. Girl it's going to be a tough journey but it will be worth it. Eat the healthy foods that you love and eat it in moderation. "Dieting" always fails when you don't like what you're eating. There is no magic way to lose weight than to just eat healthy and be more active. I've done all these short 3-14 day diets and I always gain the weight back or quit; It's not sustainable. I went from 180 to 135 pounds eating what i loved. I hope you the best in your journey and I will continue watching for updates! You can do it!
