  3. In no way is this sustainable or necessary. You can eat more, feel full – just eat less calorific food and you'll still lose weight. Everyone knows what and how to eat healthy nowadays, the problem is actually doing it on a daily basis.

  5. The more faster u lose the more faster you will gain back later always prefer to lose slowly slowly let your body lose naturally not by forcing which later result different deficiencies of essential vitamins minerals and once u reach your goal u desired body shape u may as guilty pleasures 😉

    Can you substitute for Gluten free items like gluten free bread, as Im celiac? I could do a low carb version of this

  8. If I follow this diet plan, I'll be depressed after 3 days for sure. I don't think you can loose 10 pounds in 3 days. Probably a pound. It usually takes 10 months to gain 10 pounds. It will take 10 months to loose 10 pounds. I have experienced it. I fixed it after going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating at home most of the time. Calories intake 1500-1800/day.

  9. Well lost 4 on the 3 day but nothing on the 4 day. Follow to the t and was disappointed. But doing the 3 day again this morning, if don't work this time giving up😥🤗
