    Hey Girl!! Cool video! I've heard of this diet, there's actually a few apps you can download that logs your information, and has the food list. there is also a couple of food substitutes. great video!

Trying the military diet today! currently trying to hold off breakfast so im not so hungry later but its hard having a toddler whos curewntly eating her breakfast ?any certain tips you can give? also i live in the UK we dont have the solteen crackers (sorry unsure how to spell it) lol i have bought crwam crackers and i heard as long as you have crackers that add up to 70cal tgats fibe is tgat true if so i can only have 2 haha xx

  4. I'm 12 years old and I think 174 lbs ik I'm overweight don't judge me.. but I wanna know if I can do this until August 20 every week for 3 days on the same days or will it harm me in any way.

  5. Slow and consistent wins the race……. don't expect too much weight loss too fast…………
    Diets and fasting are short term fixes……life style changes like eating healthy and regular exercise work for the long term….
    Exercise…… get off the couch…. get outside……. do something……ride a bicycle or go for a walk. Some cities and states encourage bikes………. they provide safe walking and biking lanes and trails. Cities also should encourage businesses and apartments to provide safe places to lock or store a bicycle. Encourage your elected officials to do more. Speak up.. become an advocate for bicycle use in your city.

  6. I've done this diet. Lost 4 lbs which is good. However I was always confused about the cheese for the 3rd day. I mean, it says a piece of cheese, how big? doesn't even give you a measurement :/ oh well I must have had the right measurement i guess if i lost. 🙂 just weird.

  7. thanks. I started today. I will call it my weekend diet. so far the breakfast was good. love peanut butter on toast…who knew? lol. tuna on toast not so much lol

    me and my boyfriend tried this diet out last year. it almost left us hungry. it didnt seem like alot
