My brother-in-law was in the marines almost 20 years ago and went in overweight. He was on a very similar diet to this believe it or not. He would talk about how miserable it was and it sounded so unhealthy.
So translation…"You're weak because you're starving yourself on a caloric level" So…they think it's alright to give bad dietary advice and are going to shame you for it too. Nice xD
Once you started eating normal food again (Hopefully better for you food) and you don't want to gain the weight back, could you work out and gain muscle instead of far? is that even how it works?
I 100 percent did this and lost 0 weight and got so I was so frustrated, but thats this diet is how I found your channel on my recommended list and I'm actually losing weight.
I tried this diet and he is right. I gained the weight back because I was starving and weak with a heavy physical job. Lost 7 lbs gained 11 afterwards. Thank you for this video
Completely agree, great way of explaining this… I tried this couple years back and I starved.. I stuck to it but I was so hungry, it was awful!!! I was very misinformed! I'm glad I'm on a healthy diet now 🙂
You should do another intermittent fasting video, but focused on how easy it is to start under eating. You end up eating a large dinner, but end up too full to get in enough cal. or skipping on purpose knowing u can just go to sleep without eating more.
Tbh, I was actually planning to buy the stuff that are needed for the military diet but you made me realise things that I actually should've known… I was literally about to buy the stuff tomorrow untill I came across this video and I want to thank you for making me realise that doing this diet for 3 days wouldn't help because I'll simply just gain weight again. I'll try searching for something more healthier 🤔
well, I lost over 50 lbs in a little over month cycling 3 days on and 4 days off with this diet which helped me IMMENSELY on my weight loss journey of losing over 270 lbs in the last 3 years. I did the "military diet" the first year I started losing so perhaps that's why I had such good results with it. now I eat a clean balanced diet to keep losing, as I still have about 100 lbs to go. I agree that crash diets aren't super healthy, but I'm saying that me starting out with this diet, which worked so well for me really gave me a great head start which was very motivating and I think part if the reason I am where I am today. I wouldn't recommend this diet long-term, but it was a nice initial boost! js
Ive already started this diet…
its healthy
