    half a cup or half a can I did this before now I'm thinking did I do it wrong cuz I did half cup not half can

  3. My grandmother put me on this diet when I was eleven years old back in 1981.  It was called the four day diet back then.  You would have to drink prune juice I know on day 4 but maybe also on day 3.  I knew someone that would do this with his wife and they lost about 60lbs each.

  4. I'm doing it long turn, taking my breaks in between. I just did this 2 days ago where I substituted the cottage cheese with one egg and a slice of Kraft American cheese, still lost two pounds.

  5. you don't even show you step on top of the scale too so how could I know those real or fake .because I have try step softly to my scale and it get light weight toooo

  6. Good job! I've been doing it every week because I have more weight to lose. one thing I've found helpful is changing things around within reason. Like I used some substitutions this week so I don't get bored with it. and I got some zevia root beer and made a root beer float.

  7. I heard a couple of friends talking about the diet –  “loli special plan” and made a decision to Google it for myself. It has completely changed my life for the better.

  8. +LittleBun My point is that our bodies preferred form of fuel is carbohydrates. Food that are rich in glucose are an excellent source of energy. Grapefruit is an excellent breakfast, but you would need a lot more grapefruits to have a sufficient amount of energy throughout the day. This diet is what I like to call a cosmetic diet. Usually people do it to shed a few pounds before an event such as a wedding or a gathering of some sort. It's not healthy in the long run to limit yourself to small portions of foods that are okay for you. I would personally recommend a whole foods diet, rich in leafy green vegetables and plenty of fruit and water. There are definitely better things you can feed your body that will benefit your cells, cholesterol, immune system, heart health, and even your skin.

  9. Im starting this diet tomorrow but I really hate hot dogs and tuna fish. Is there another food i can replace them with?

  10. You guys keep saying that she is starving herself but she's not. Technically if someone is on a diet you're suppose to consume at least 1000-1500 calories, 500 less calories than you would normally eat for it to be considered a diet. It's suppose to be a low calorie diet, that's how you're suppose lose weight lol so her plan meal is not starvation what so ever.

    i dint eat any thing else for 3 days just some bananas and watermelon and still dint lose anything

  12. i lost 6 pounds in two days. didnt really follow the diet or meal plan. No excercise at all. just kept my calories under 1000 and drank plenty of water. Im a guy. In general the military diet works people. Do not cheat.
