    I lost 11 lbs so far i have lowered my blood sugar and i feel much healthier and have more energy than before i walk alot and move moderately. it is a good lifestyle to live by and have told my friends about it. i like to call it the mother nature method or lifestyle. and no i don't just eat fruits and vegetables i eat other things as well like vegan pizza and chips and vegan hamburgers its a great plan and lifestyle to follow

  4. Ok I completed the 2 weeks and I'm so proud of myself. I didnt lose all these lbs but I did lose some weight. I only worked out like 5 out if 14 days so I think that is one of the reasons why I didnt lose all those lbs. I lost 10 lbs which is really good too. This week I will apply the same rules but not eating the same foods. Next week I will start again with the 2 week egg diet.
