  3. I've never made meatloaf without a filler like oats or bread crumbs, which helps stiffen the loaf. Do you usually leave that out in meatloaf?

  9. Going to have to make this one it looks great. The one thing I may try, is instead of a loaf pan, may try to bake in muffin tins. Then it's already portioned, and you get more of the nice brown sides. Keep up the great work!
