    1. Some kind of cooked spinach side dish. Teach me how to make it not taste like crap!
    2. Lasagna/other comfort foods made healthier- kind of like your shepherds pie. It doesn't have to "weight loss" obviously, but as long as its not as bad as the traditional versions.
