    love your videos. just subscribed! just one complaint: your intro is so loud! it almost woke up my napping baby in another room…i keep reaching for the remote at the intro to turn it down at the beginning, then to turn it up for the main video. sorry just had to let you know. keep the videos coming!

  9. when talking about the cacao, you say "no sugar added'. However, almond Milk contains more suger than almonds. Is sugar the demon or do you believe sugar is fine? or do you use unsweetened almondmilk?
