    1)4 whole eggs
    2)50g Green Gram (Moong Dal)
    3)50g Moth Bean (Matki Dal)
    4)50g Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
    5)1 Tbsp Ghee
    6)1 Tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
    7)1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    8)1/2 Tsp Turmeric
    9)1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    10)Salt to taste

    Optional Ingredients :-
    11)Garlic
    12)Curry Leaves

  2. 12 raw eggs whites
    2 pack of aots

    1 scoop on protein
    1 scoop of glutamine

    half cup of milk
    blend this shit in mixer
    and drink before one hour going too workout. and see the result in 2 weeks

  3. Can u explain how u get so much of protein u get after sprouting the dals.. Because after sprouting the dals the amount of protein is around 5 grams per 100 grams.. U took 50 grams of each daal. So they give around 12 grams of. Proteins overall +24 grams from eggs =36 grams

  5. please elaborate the benefits of all these sprouts (alternative protein shake suppliments) and bunch of nutrients these sprouts contain in them

  6. More than two egg yolks increase the cholesterol intake.. Its far more than who recommendation.. U are using a lot.. Not sure if it is healthy or not..

    but u shld hav removed those eggyolks…

    4 egg yolks means super high cholesterol… such hign levels can really harm you…

    besides u added that ghee..again more fats…

    this would have been best recepie if it was without yolk,ghee….

    also bit olive oil wld hav been better, besides you could add some oats too..

  8. But i do have a doubt. I have heared that the maximum proteim one should intake at a time is 30g. Anything more wont be able to digest. But this omlette is packed with 57g of protein

  9. Whatever I've learnt about body building, it's because of you. Thanks for making such knowledgeable videos.

    I have some doubts, if possible you can solve them in your next vidoes.

    1. Is eating ghee okay for body building? Is fat content same in oil and ghee?

    2. Is eating soya bad for health? I read in many websites online which say that soya although is rich is protein it has phytoestrogens, which are female harmones and leads to gynaecomastia(Male Breasts) in men. Is it true? Similar opinions are for tomatoes and milk.
