More than two egg yolks increase the cholesterol intake.. Its far more than who recommendation.. U are using a lot.. Not sure if it is healthy or not..
But i do have a doubt. I have heared that the maximum proteim one should intake at a time is 30g. Anything more wont be able to digest. But this omlette is packed with 57g of protein

4 egg yolks means super high cholesterol… such hign levels can really harm you…
besides u added that ghee..again more fats…
this would have been best recepie if it was without yolk,ghee….
also bit olive oil wld hav been better, besides you could add some oats too..
