  8. Question: how many calories do you eat a day? And what do you recommend for someone trying to gain muscle, especially in the booty? I'm 5'8, 62 kg, i workout 4-5 days a week, i do legs/glutes 3 times a week (mon i lift heavy, wed i lift light with more reps, and friday i do heavy). Oh and I try to do 15 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week.

  9. I've relapsed with bulimia the past few months, so I'm trying super hard to kick that illness in the booty and safely lose the weight it made me gain. Your channel has been so kind to me, and I appreciate all the advice you give. I got a gym membership and have been going for almost a week now (with a rerst day) and I feel really good about this!
