Question: how many calories do you eat a day? And what do you recommend for someone trying to gain muscle, especially in the booty? I'm 5'8, 62 kg, i workout 4-5 days a week, i do legs/glutes 3 times a week (mon i lift heavy, wed i lift light with more reps, and friday i do heavy). Oh and I try to do 15 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week.
