  4. Dear Poonamji, lovely recipe with millet jowar. This protein packed, high fibre low fat nutritious breakfast is ideal for people of all ages. I was under the impression that pankis are cooked in either banana leaf or corn leaf, now I know better. Some more recipes with millets please and some more panki recipes please. Thanks.
