  1. This was a highly requested video I hope you guys enjoy it! As I said in the video these are the theories and research i've found and I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONALl!!! These are recipes for anyone looking for some more alkaline recipes! Hope the recipes are helpful! love always xx

  2. Hi Rachel, I just became a NEW SUBBIE and I love your channel. I just started transitioning into the Alkaline recipes. Can you do one of these Alkaline recipes once or twice a month? Either way, thank you sis! Love and blessings

  3. All these vids on this diet and recipes and comments on what's alkaline and what's not. Hey just eating a plant-based diet is good enough, my wife is from Africa and her and her family has been eating carrots celery spinach and every other veggies and their healthy as a ox, eat whatever veggies you want and enjoy

  4. Rachel, my dear! Another lovely video. 1) My quinoa actually turned out decent. I always try to follow the recipe way you say and I always fail. Not today! It came out well! My kale salad was so bland and I put salt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, ACV. What else (alkaline or not) could I have added?

    2) Was the issue of ordering your book in the US market resolved?

  5. Looks good but for hard working person like me I barely have time to cook at home and barely home . They always offer food at work .

  6. Just to remember that you shouldnt consume Too much oil, so that dressing should be once a week cuz thats a lot of oil lowkey

  7. Great video! That food looked mouth watering! Lets not forget though people, cooking ANY food will kill a lot of its nutrients. If you are really sick you should not be eating cooked foods because you will not receive all of the foods vitamins and minerals. If you cook anything above 118 degrees, it starts to kill a huge portion of vitamins and minerals. Not sure why people don't talk about that more. Putting fire to anything dehydrates and burns it out. But obviously these foods are MUCH healthier than last food and overly processed foods.

  8. Cookbook!? How'd I miss that one!? Yay! Love this video, so simple and delicious looking. I have the Greenstar Pro! 💛🌱

  9. The blood is always slightly alkaline while the stomach is always slightly acidic. Alkaline deception is designed to make you weak.

  10. That's the only thing that you spoke about being true Apple alkaline not garlic or onions or parsley that is not recommended on dr. Sebi food list I don't know why if you followed him you teaching something different than what he taught I think that's bogus

  11. You are putting a blend of two ingredients alkaline and acidic that s*** don't mix it just don't mix so whoever watching this I feel sorry for because that is the wrong teaching of college and apple cider vinegar that s*** is too as to be for the body and it don't help absorb nothing you don't need that stuff man-made product you need what God made.

  12. Garlic is not alkaline it is a man-made product and if you watch dr. Sebi lecture you would know these things so if you teaching that garlic is alkaline that is a lie garlic and onion is not alkali the Allicin in it kills the red blood cells

  13. First I want to say Dr sebi said there's no such thing as vitamins enzymes or protein were not made out of letters but only nutrients and minerals so when people say vitamins enzymes or protein it's hard to believe what they talk about especially when they mention dr. Sebi and go against what he teach

  14. Garlic and parsley is a no no and celery is not something U should put in your body. All in all I use your recipes as a framework to build my dishes and do substitutes on your ingredients I don’t consume. So thanks for the vid 🙂

  15. quinoa is technically a seed, not a grain. but great video! also, too alkaline of a diet can be harmful for the gut long-term, so like with most things in life, it's best to stick with moderation for optimal gut health. and i know this is really random/off-topic, but there are many peer-reviewed academic studies on the ketogenic diet (aka keto) and how it can cause heart complications, amongst other health problems if done long-term. there are short-term benefits to doing keto, but there isn't enough scientific data to prove that it can be healthy long-term (this applies to both regular and vegan keto).

  16. You are a life saver. I've been looking for recent alkaline recipes. And oh my gawd you look so beautiful. Your skin and teeth look super healthy.
