Red meat for protine which fills you..but I tend to tweak ..and have chicken and pork mabey ..hinter gathers ate seeds n nuts and I use oat milk or soya as alternative for milk no processed foods all organic all natural even make my own paleo bars for energy so not strictly fill on paleo but close to the bar

  2. I lost a ton of weight on bacon fat and beef. Keto and Paleo are good, but you’d get more antioxidants from Paleo.
