  1. For all of you saying that the chickpeas are not raw: They are. She soaked dry chickpeas overnight. She did not boil them, or used tinned chickpeas.

    The dessert looks amazing! I wouldn't have the rest though, too much raw produce is quite toxic and I know from experience that I react quite badly to it.

  3. For people making the falafel recipe:
    Ela seems to really like garlic! (She eats it raw, hardcore) So if you don't like garlic that much, don't put 3 cloves in, it will be too much for you. Also lettuce leaves are a bit nicer for people starting out on raw food.
    I love this recipe, it's a good edition for my raw til 4 lunches.
