The kids I babysit will eat very few foods and my goal is to get them to try at least 1 new food this summer! What's the best way to get them to eat some healthy options they say are gross?

  4. I would of liked if you showed us how to do a couple things. For example the watermelon balls. And actually zoomed in at least on the thing you were talking about

  5. Wow, I've never heard of a nut-free school before:O I should mention that I'm not from the U.S. though…..First I thought I misunderstood what she said, but then I remembered that some people are allergic. So you're also not allowed to bring nuts to the school as a pupil? Isn't that very difficult to control? I would generally assume that it only applies to the food served at the cafeteria:/
Anyway, keep up the good work:)

  6. Im sure your extremely busy…but I look to your videos everyday for fun healthy food ideas and little tips I can use to spice up my meals for my kid. I have a birthday coming up and am scrambling to find healthy easy but FUN foods I can serve. Alot of the children need gluten free and and little to no sugar. Im stuck! I dont want to just serve veggies :-(. Any ideas?

  7. Great points mentioned here, especially the fun factor. Many parents forget that a healthy kids lunch needs to be fun.
