  3. I love oats and oatmeal but I suffer from flatulence, sometime so much gas that I give up my all three meals next day to feel better. Does anyone else feel the same? any tricks or tips? I cook my oats in boiling water 'cause someone suggested that this way fibers beak down. thanks in advance.
