  1. You can use organic raw hemp seeds instead of quinoa and you don't have to cook them probably just as healthy as quinoa if not healthier.

  3. I make homemade granola cereal based on mother Earth news recipe. very similar to this. basically add nuts and dried fruit, use honey and brown sugar. I put vanilla, cinnamon and cardiman. will try with syrup and quinoa next time. thanks for sharing
